Director Program Services
Julia Jean-Francois became the Co-Director of the Center for Family Life in 2003. She previously served as Director of Operations for the Puerto Rican Family Institute. She currently directs and supervises the Center’s family counseling and foster care programs, emergency support services, adult and youth employment programs, and she guides institutional development and Governing Body activities at the Center for Family Life.
Julia is a graduate of Barnard College and holds an MSW from New York University and a PhD from Columbia University School of Social Work. She is a lecturer at Rutgers University School of Social Work.
