Sr. Paulette is the Executive Director of Good Shepherd Services—a leading non-profit that goes where New York City youth and families face the greatest challenges and provides the essential supports that help them achieve their fullest potential. In her 35 years as Executive Director, Paulette has made an impact on countless children, youth, and families, as well as on child welfare, education, and family support systems and policy. Under Paulette’s dynamic leadership, Good Shepherd Services has evolved from a small provider of out-of-home care to one of NYC’s largest, most respected multi-service agencies. Today, the agency works with 30,000 participants through over 80 programs in Brooklyn, the Bronx and Manhattan. All of Good Shepherd’s programs are united by a common goal—to create opportunities that help participants succeed at school, at home, and in their community.
