Home & Community Based Waiver OMH-Suffolk

SCO helps families with youth 5-21 years of age that have a serious emotional disturbance and wish to keep their children at home by offering a broad spectrum of services. Without these services, children would most likely need to be placed in an inpatient hospital setting or a Residential Treatment Facility. Services include respite, skill building, family support, intensive in-home, crisis response, youth peer advocacy, supported employment and pre-vocational services.
