“Fill the Patrol Car” Fundraiser Benefits SCO Families

March 29, 2024 / Uncategorized

Graduating cadets from the Suffolk County Police Academy held a “Fill the Patrol Car” fundraiser at the North Babylon Fire Department on March 23rd where they filled an entire patrol car with 50 bags of donated items for SCO families. Each bag included clothing, toys, and variety of household items.

DeejPar kept the atmosphere festive as children and cadets played football, soccer and displayed their hula-hoop talents together. Several lucky kids were thrilled to sit behind the wheel of a police cruiser, imagining themselves on patrol. Snacks & goodies were provided for all.

Town of Babylon Councilman Terence McSweeney also attended the event.

SCO Family of Services extends a huge “Thank You” to everyone who collected, donated, and participated in such a wonderful fundraiser for our families. We value partnerships like these and are grateful to be part of a community that truly cares.
