Marching for PRIDE at Madonna Heights

July 24, 2020 / Madonna Heights News

June was PRIDE month and SCO’s Madonna Heights program for women and girls wanted to show its support for equality and the LGBTQ community. Clients and staff from Madonna Heights’ Residential Treatment Facility and Group Residence made beautiful posters to show their PRIDE. Flyers and PRIDE flags were displayed around campus; and youth & staff held their own PRIDE parade, proudly carrying artwork and signage they had created as they marched throughout the MH campus.

This recognition, enthusiasm and display ensures that all youth, staff, and families are fully aware that Madonna Heights supports all forms of gender expression and identity.
