SCO Welcomes Colleagues from Singapore Agency

On October 15^th, five Social Workers from SHINE, a children & youth services agency in Singapore. spent the day meeting with SCO staff to learn about our programs. It was an exciting day that began with a tour of FirstStepNYC in Brooklyn. Our guests were impressed by the innovative approaches and the dedication of our team there.

The next stop was to our Morris Koppelman Early Childhood Education Center, where the Singaporean delegation had the chance to engage with our staff and gain further insights into the services we provide there.

The day culminated with a visit to the SCO Genevese Office, where they met with the SCO Chief Program Officer and the leadership teams from Early Childhood, Family Permanency and Support Services, and Community Health and Wellness.

This visit was truly a remarkable opportunity for everyone involved to exchange ideas, learn from each other’s experiences, and foster international collaboration. It was inspiring to see how much we could learn from our Singaporean colleagues and share our own insights in return.
