
SCO’s Adrienne Elliot and Jodette Rodriguez Present at InUnity Substance Use Disorder Conference

Garden City, NY – September 12, 2025 – Adrienne Elliot, Director of SCO Family of Services’ Morning Star program for women in recovery, joined fellow SCO staff member Jodette Rodriguez, Women & Children’s Program Supervisor, as presenters at the 2nd Annual InUnity Conference at the Saratoga Hilton & City Center September 9th.
The topic of their discussion was “Breaking Cycles, Building Futures: An Integrated Recovery Model for Pregnant and Parenting Women.”
SCO Family of Services’ Substance Use Disorder (SUD) programs include Morning Star – safe, supportive, home-like residences for individual women and mothers who have been reunited with their pre-school aged children; and SCO Clinic – an outpatient substance use disorder treatment center providing person-centered, trauma-informed care for adults and adolescents. Both programs are located on SCO’s Madonna Heights campus in Dix Hills.
