SCO’s LifeSet Team Recognized for Accomplishments at Annual Summit

This September, SCO’s LifeSet team attended Youth Villages’ Achieving Success Partner Summit in Dallas, Texas.

Director of Education Chantel J. Vereen and LifeSet Supervisor Natacha Hyppolite presented on Effective Strategies of Empowerment.

LifeSet Supervisor Natacha Hyppolite and LifeSet Specialists Reba Chambers and Wayne Williams were recognized for achieving their LifeSet certification this year.

The entire team received The Lasso the Goal Award, given in recognition of the agency with the highest percentage of census goal.

Developed by Youth Villages, LifeSet is an intensive, community-based program that acts as a bridge from foster care to successful adulthood for young people who turn 18 in foster care. Young people are supported by a trained specialist who is by their side to help them identify and achieve goals.

Congratulations to our entire LifeSet team for all your accomplishments!
