
SCO’s Rasheed Frazier Honored as One of Long Island Business News’ “40 Under Forty”

Garden City NY, October 6, 2025 –Long Island Business News honored Rasheed Frazier, SCO Family of Services’ Chief Program Officer, as a 40 Under Forty recipient.
40 Under Forty recognizes Long Island professionals 40 years of age or younger who are distinguishing themselves in business, government, education and the nonprofit sector. They have a proven track record of career success, are actively engaged in mentoring and promoting their professions, and find time to give back to their communities. The honorees were selected by a committee of previous recipients and the leadership team of Long Island Business News.

Rasheed Frazier is a Chief Program Officer at SCO Family of Services, the region’s largest provider of essential human services, where he oversees an extensive portfolio of SCO’s programming including Residential and Youth Justice Services, Housing Services, and Services for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities.
A hands-on, solution-oriented innovator, Rasheed has been in an upward trajectory at SCO since joining the organization in 2012 as a Case Planner and rising through the ranks with leadership roles of increased responsibility. He has extensive experience overseeing programs serving adolescents in foster care and juvenile justice.
In addition to providing executive leadership to his programs, Rasheed assists in leading agency-wide initiatives, including program integration and model implementation.
The honorees were recognized September 30th at a celebration at Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury.
