SCO’s Rebecca Lukeman Honored as One of Long Island Business News’ “40 Under Forty”

Long Island Business News has selected Rebecca Lukeman, SCO Family of Services’ Chief Human Resources Officer, as a 40 Under Forty recipient.

40 Under Forty recognizes Long Island professionals 40 years of age or younger who are distinguishing themselves in business, government, education and the nonprofit sector. They have a proven track record of career success, are actively engaged in mentoring and promoting their professions, and find time to give back to their communities. The honorees were selected by a committee of previous recipients and the leadership team of Long Island Business News.

Rebecca Lukeman is the Chief Human Resources Officer at SCO Family of Services, the region’s largest provider of essential human services, where she oversees all Human Resources initiatives, including recruitment, benefits, compensation, engagement, and evaluation of the agency’s workforce of nearly 3,000 employees.

Rebecca is deeply committed to diversity and inclusion, dedicated to developing talent, and passionate about leveraging data and technology to modernize operations. A strategic leader with broad experience in human resources and compliance, Rebecca has a proven track record of execution, partnership, and successfully leading teams through change. Rebecca’s human resources career has spanned fifteen years and has included senior-level human resources management roles for leading non-profit and retail companies.

The honorees were recognized Dec. 10 at a celebration at Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury.
