Sisense’s Virtual Day of Service with SCO Family of Services

Building Impact, a young non-profit organization that strengthens communities by empowering companies with the opportunity to volunteer, donate, and connect with high-impact, local nonprofits working on critical social issues, partnered with SCO Family of Services after discovering a wishlist that was posted for the children and families in need. Building Impact matched SCO Family of Services with Sisense, a business intelligence and data analytics firm based in New York City, to send a shipment of packs of new underwear, socks, and diapers along with an assortment of hygiene items to the children and families in our care.

Sisense’s Virtual Day of Services was held via Zoom where their employees learned about SCO Family of Services and created awareness and empathy for the youth and families of New York hit hardest by the pandemic. The virtual experience allowed the volunteers to hand-pick items to build a care package that was delivered personally by them to SCO. The packages included messages of hope, motivation, and better days to come.
