Chief Financial Officer
Johanna Richman oversees financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, financial systems and billing compliance. She also directs the short and long-term plans and budgets based on the agency’s goals and growth objectives. Johanna was named Non-Profit CFO of the Year in 2012 by Long Island Business News.
Prior to joining SCO as Chief Financial Officer, Johanna was Chief Financial Officer for seven years at the Nassau County chapter of NYSARC, Inc., an organization for children with developmental disabilities. At NYSARC, she oversaw business and financial operations including treasury and investment management, financial analysis and regulatory reporting for nine operating companies; she also restructured financial operations and implemented new financial software. Her other key roles include Director of Finance, Administration and Information Technology at United Cerebral Palsy Association of Nassau County, Inc. and Auditor and Senior Financial Consultant in the Healthcare and Nonprofit Industry Group at Deloitte LLP.
Johanna is a graduate of Pace University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
