Robair Reichenstein joined the SCO Board in 2012. He is Chair of the Facilities committee and Chair of the Family Dynamics Governing Body.
Robair is Managing Director at DTZ, where he specializes in Tenant Representation, Government and Not-for-Profit Consulting Services and Corporate Advisory Services. Robair leads brokerage and portfolio assignments in the New York Tri-State region. He has led and managed hundreds of commercial property acquisitions & dispositions in the New York City Metropolitan Area as well as nationally and internationally, involving in excess of ten million square feet. He enjoys the front-end role of developing occupancy strategy before its eventual implementation as a brokerage assignment. He has a specialty serving governmental and non-profit clients, and he has expertise in non-CBD markets such as Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx and Harlem.
Before joining DTZ, Robair spent 12 years at CB Richard Ellis as a leader of its Corporate Services Practice in New York City, where he managed portfolio accounts for the City of New York, General Electric, Bain & Company, Walt Disney & Co., Cap Gemini, Ernst & Young and NEC America. He also served for seven years in the public sector as Deputy Director for leasing and acquisitions in the Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s Real Estate Department, where he acquired property and also generated revenue from non-operational assets.
Robair has a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree from Tufts University.
He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of New York and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
