SCO Awarded $604,000 Ottilie Renovation Grant

SCO was awarded a capital grant from the Office of Mental Health to renovate our Ottilie Residential Treatment Facility. The grant will help us transform Ottilie into a state-of-the-art facility that supports an innovative training program for our youth. It will focus on the culinary arts as well as specific recovery-oriented activities that facilitate the development of independent living skills, personal responsibility and teamwork.

The Ottilie Residential Treatment Facility is located on six acres in the heart of Queens. It is the only Office of Mental Health residential facility that exclusively serves adolescents and young adults with a serious emotional disturbance as well as developmental delays.
