sco renewed grants

SCO recently received grants to continue or enhance a variety of programs that are making a difference for our clients and the communities we serve. They include:

Renewed funding from the Stella and Charles Guttman Foundation for SCO’s work in Brownsville as we deepen our roots and collaborate with our colleagues and Brownsville residents in order to have a greater impact on the lives of the children and families in the community.

NYC Department of Youth & Community Development 2019 Community Action CBO Capacity Building Grants to SCO’s Fathers’ Program to sponsor a Mother’s Day event and provide free construction safety training to 20 of our participants.

Renewed funding from the TD Charitable Foundation for SCO’s Transfer School programs that provide intensive support services to young people who are over-aged and under-credited so they may successfully earn a high school diploma.
