    Day Habilitation Programs

    Our Day Hab program offers adults with developmental disabilities a place where they can socialize, participate in community activities, and develop skills and interests. One-to-one activities are available for those who cannot function in a group setting.

    FirstStepNYC

    FirstStepNYC provides full-day, year-round childcare and education services for children 6 weeks through 5 years of age in Brownsville, Brooklyn.

    In-Home Respite

    In-home respite worker provides relief to the families caring for someone with a developmental disability.

    Individual Residential Alternatives (IRA)

    IRAs are homes and apartments of 10 or fewer residents that prepare adults with developmental disabilities to become productive members of their communities.

    Morris Koppelman Early Childhood Center

    SCO’s Early Childhood Center fosters children’s cognitive, physical, social and emotional development, giving all children the tools they need to succeed in school and meet their full potential.

    Residential Living for Youth in Foster Care

    Group residences that provide a supportive home environment for youth in foster care who have multiple challenges including mental illness, substance abuse, alcoholism or delinquency. We also offer residential programs for young people who identify as LGBTQ as well as programs for youth with developmental disability and behavioral health conditions.
