Turning an Apartment into a “Home”

Hearts to Homes provides home furnishings and essentials to newly independent young adults who have just aged out of foster care. Hearts to Homes has helped many of our SCO youth, including Zanaya, who sent them a Thank You letter in appreciation.

I am so grateful for your many gifts. The best thing for me was being referred to your program. I am overjoyed with the gifts that you’ve given me and the furniture! I just moved into my apartment, and it has already become “home” thanks to your support! I am so thankful.
