Queens, NY Bruschetta and Chicken Satay were among the culinary delights prepared by the young men in our Queens Close to Home program at a tasting they organized for family and staff. In addition to learning their way around a stove, they learned about table etiquette, converting measurements and reading recipes. They even created their own individual recipe books!
