Thank You, Hearts to Homes!

SCO Family of Services partnered with Hearts to Homes, a nonprofit that assists young adults who have aged out of foster care in their transition to independent living. Hearts to Homes provided household furnishings and furniture to Naudia, a former foster care youth, and she couldn’t be more grateful for their help.

“I would like to say thank you for all the support you have provided, as I have moved into my new apartment. Words cannot express how thankful I am for all the items that I’ve received. I am beyond blessed and I am so excited to enjoy my apartment,” said Naudia. “Your help has shown me that dreams do come true and I am now experiencing so much peace due to the service that I have obtained from your organization. Thank you again for your kindness.”
