Randy Daley
Vice President, Accounting and Financial Reporting
Randy Daley, Vice President, Accounting and Financial Reporting, oversees the main Accounting, Accounts Receivable, and Reporting functions of SCO’s Finance Department. He manages the coordination of the monthly closings, preparation of monthly financial statements, and ensures that program billings are submitted and collected in a timely manner. He is also responsible for the coordination of the annual audit in cooperation with the Director of Finance.
Randy joined SCO’s Finance Department in 2014, most recently in the role of Accounting Supervisor where he supported several administrative departments, as well as many of the agency-wide functions of the accounting practice. He was promoted to VP, Accounting and Financial Reporting in 2023.
Prior to joining SCO, Randy was Senior Accountant at Cerini & Associates, LLP, CPAs, where he was responsible for high-risk, high profile, and new clients.
Randy received his Bachelor’s in Accounting from Stonybrook University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
