Nichole Tate

Vice President, Human Resources

Nichole was elevated to the role of Vice President of Human Resources in 2023 where she oversees all aspects of the Human Resources Department, including recruitment, benefits, compensation, and engagement. She is also responsible for the implementation of agency initiatives and she works with the Chief Human Resources Officer to determine HR priorities.

Nichole joined SCO in 2013 as an HR Specialist and has advanced into various leadership roles since. Most recently, she was the Director of Human Resources, where she oversaw New York City-funded programs and the HRIS. Prior to coming to SCO, Nichole was the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Radisson Martinique on Broadway, where she was responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources Department.

Nichole earned her degree in Sociology from the University of Connecticut. She is certified in the field of Human Resources, holding Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications.
