
Arthur Zanko
Vice President, Transitional & Supportive Housing Services
Arthur Zanko joined SCO in 2000. He oversees our New York City individual and family homeless shelters and the Independence Inns that offer temporary shelter to New York City homeless and runaway youth.
Art has more than 35 years of experience as a leader in human services. He served as the Executive Director of Edwin Gould Services for Children, New York Institute for Human Development, New York State Epilepsy Association and the Hudson Guild. He has also held key positions at the East Harlem Council for Community Improvement and Beth Israel Medical Center.
He is a graduate of Fordham University and holds an MSW from Hunter College School of Social Work.
