Tracey Ulcena
Chief of Staff
Tracey Ulcena was named Chief of Staff in November 2023. In this role, Tracey is responsible for translating organization-wide strategic projects and initiatives into action. She directly supports the CEO and the broader Executive Team, sets strategic priorities, and creates and maintains cross-departmental relationships to enable leadership success.
Tracey joined SCO in 2012, starting as a Case Planner and then Supervisor in our Foster Care Program. She worked as the Agency-Wide Incident Manager in the PQI Department. She is also Co-Chair and a founding member of CARE. Most recently, Tracey held the position of Director of Project Management in the Executive Office.
